we love everything about City Seasons Al Hamra! they check people's temperature at the entrance and the housekeeping wears special dressing for security. the gym is sanitized daily. the reception staff are nice and always ready to give room upgrades. the hotel's central location is perfect for exploring the main attractions and the Corniche beach promenade is just around the corner. the room was calm, and the large, comfy bed provided a good night's sleep. Having a tea & coffee bar and complimentary water bottles at our disposal was a thoughtful gesture.

Great location with easy access to public transport for Yas Island attractions. Helpful and kind staff. Fantastic breakfast.

I stayed at a hotel in the heart of Abu Dhabi for 2 nights as a business traveler. The City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel was the perfect choice for me. The hotel staff was professional and always ready to assist, especially Yousef at the reception who was friendly and helpful. The room service, led by Bensigar and his team, kept the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The location was ideal, close to everything in the city, including Abu Dhabi mall. The free valet service was a bonus and made parking hassle-free. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, and the Thai massage facility was outstanding. the hotel knew how to cater to their guests' needs and provided a pleasant and convenient experience.
The poor internet connection. The WiFi was not stable and had intermittent connectivity issues.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the city, with great access to business centers. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious with all the amenities we needed. I'll recommend this hotel.

the hotel is super clean, and the location is great – close to everything in the city. the moroccan night receptionist was a cool touch, and the free valet service made parking a breeze.
